Find Similar Files Online searches the online library for calibrations whose contents resemble a target you choose, ranked by similarity — the online counterpart of the local Find Similar Files. It is the quickest way to identify an unknown file or find a documented base. Open it from Online › Find Similar Files Online…. (To browse the archive by name and brand instead, use Find Files Online.)
Note — your file never leaves your machine. Tuning Editor reduces the target to a similarity hash, and only that short encrypted digest is sent to the library to be matched, so you can search even sensitive calibrations.
An account strip shows whether you are signed in, with Sign in / Sign out and My files. Searching is free and needs no login; signing in lets you see your files and download or purchase matches.
Press Search online to run the query; a status line reports progress and how many similar files were found. The match is by binary similarity, so it surfaces related calibrations — variants, revisions, the stock base — not just exact copies.
Matches fill a sortable table on the left with columns for Similarity, Vehicle, ECU, Engine, Size and Credits. Selecting a row fills the detail pane on the right with the full Vehicle, Engine, ECU and File information, mirroring the library’s listing.
Tip — to identify a mystery file, search it as a local file and read the Vehicle/ECU/Engine of the closest matches. To search your own disk instead of the library, use the local Find Similar Files tool.
