Help menu: history, support and software information

The Help menu gathers everything about software information and technical support. Open it from Help in the top menu bar (Figure 1).

• Application history — opens a window listing the program's version history: the released versions and what each one changed.
• Solutions history — shows the log of online solution updates, so you can see which solutions were recently added or fixed.
• Report to support — opens a form where you describe the problem (the file involved, the vehicle, engine and ECU, plus any notes) and send it to technical support; the file is uploaded together with your request. Use it when a feature does not process as expected.
• Start remote assistance — launches the remote-assistance tool included with the program, so a technician from support can connect to your computer, with your permission, and help you directly.
• Information... — shows the current software version and links to the MTX Electronics departments.

Tip — Filling in the vehicle, engine and ECU on the support form helps the team reproduce and answer your request faster.
